  • Handmade, end-to-end. From jams to dried fruit to how we layer each cup.

  • Balanced by design. Fruit leads, florals support, sugar stays in check.

  • Low-waste mindset. Better sourcing, smarter use, lighter footprint.

  • Support Local. Source fresh fresh fruits from local farmers.

The Making

JAM

Every jar begins with fruit gathered close to home. We work with local farmers to source what’s fresh and in season, giving our jams a flavor that reflects the land around us.

Each batch is slow-cooked in small pans, cared for by hand, and finished with the brightness of just-picked fruit. Someday, we hope to take this even further—growing and harvesting on our own farm, closing the circle from seed to sip.

BEAN

We roast with purpose. Every bean is chosen for its ability to support fruit, not overpower it—light, floral, and balanced.

Roasting in small batches means we can stay close to the craft and close to our community, ensuring every cup feels considered. By keeping it thoughtful, we make sure OVVI drinks always taste like a conversation between fruit and coffee.

TOPPER

When fruit is in season, we use every part of it. Slices become dried toppers, adding fragrance and beauty to each drink.

Peels and extras find new life through upcycling and composting. By honoring the whole harvest, we reduce waste, respect the farmers we partner with, and create drinks that are as responsible as they are refreshing.
